The "Kandura Rally" at Dubai Autodrome is a unique and popular motorsport event where participants, rather than using traditional race cars, drive regular passenger cars while wearing the traditional Emirati male garment known as the "kandura". This event is a fun and light-hearted race that adds a cultural twist by combining the country's traditional attire with a recreational driving experience at the Dubai Autodrome circuit. This is the third edition of the Kandura Rally returns to Dubai, transforming Motor City’s Dubai Autodrome into a playground for car enthusiasts. Showcasing over 200 supercars, classic wheels, muscle cars, and four-wheel drives, the event is free to attend and will open on April 13th 2024.
